Harmonica strives to produce highly nutritious food, easy to be processed by our bodies, great in taste and with pure origin that respects Nature. In most of our products we’ve added probiotic cultures originating from four different strains: Lactobacillus bulgaricus (The Bulgarians are very proud of it, the famous probiotic culture found in Bulgarian yogurt in 1905 and related to longevity in their lands), Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus gasseri.
All of these selected probiotics have special qualities with proven effects on the body. They strengthen and stimulate the immune system; restore the beneficial gut microbiome; improve and balance the processes running in the gastrointestinal tract. All in all, probiotics contribute to better health and we believe – better life.

A journey that started in 2004. Harmonica is an emblematic organic food brand in Bulgaria. Harmonica´s products are welcomed in organic and health stores, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies. Harmonica´s products are welcomed also in big supermarkets such as Carrefour, DM, Lidl, Metro, Billa etc, in order to make a bigger impact.
The brand expands a lot and become an export expert also, selling in over 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Harmonica has its own research and have developed its own research team.
For the fourth consecutive year, Harmonica has been awarded stars at the Great Taste Awards, the most prestigious accolade in the food world. Six Harmonica products have been honored. When you get awarded three years in a row, you achieve the prestigious title: “Great Taste Producer”.
Harmonica has been a keen participant at Biofach, the world's nr.1 trade fair for organic food.
